I am grateful to all of The Movement Lab family for the last 6 years of memories. You all hold a special place in my heart and I will never forget our stuggles and laughs. Thank you for always challenging me. I will miss each and every one of you, as I make my way to Minneapolis, and hope you’ll continue challenging yourselves with the incredible work of Joseph Pilates.
